A knowledge base can publish in as many languages as you need. Pick them in Portal settings → General.
Indian languages
You can publish in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and Urdu (right-to-left), plus 20+ global languages. Pick the Noto font in Look and feel for the best rendering of Indian scripts.
Adding a translation
In the editor, open the language menu, choose a new language and pick write it myself. The new language starts as a draft with the same structure as the source, and goes through the same review and publishing steps.
Note
AI features (answers, writing, SEO) work in English for now, and AI translation is switched off. Translations are written by your team.
Out-of-date translations
When the source article changes, each translation is flagged out of date on the Translations page until it is updated, so your team always knows which pages need attention.
