Surge Software Solutions Private Limited ("we") runs HelpCenterKit. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name and workspace details.
• Content you put in your knowledge base.
• Reader analytics: page views, searches, questions and feedback. We count unique readers with a daily-rotating salted hash; we don't store IP addresses.
• Billing data is handled by Stripe or Razorpay; we don't see full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the service, answer readers' questions with AI, send sign-in codes and service emails, and bill you. We don't sell personal data and don't use your content to train AI models.
