Document360 pricing, explained

Document360 doesn't publish prices: you fill in a form and get a quote. Here is what is known, where it comes from, and what drives the number.

What drives a Document360 quote

The quote form asks about (Document360 pricing page, seen 25 Oct 2026):

Add-ons priced separately

No prices are listed for these on Document360's site.

Questions

Does Document360 publish its prices?
No. Its pricing page has no plan names or prices, only a quote form (Document360 pricing page, seen 25 Oct 2026).
What did Document360 cost before it went quote-only?
Competitor write-ups list legacy prices of about $199, $299 and $499 per project per month. These figures come from a competitor's blog (Docsio, April 2026), not from Document360, so treat them as estimates.
What happens when Eddy AI credits run out?
Document360's docs say the AI search button is disabled when the monthly credit limit is reached; more credits come through their support team (seen 25 Oct 2026).
What does HelpCenterKit cost?
$0. You pay only what third-party services cost us, at cost; today the only such item is an optional screenshot add-on that is off by default. No monthly cap: AI answers run on our own AI server and are never switched off. Fair use: up to 20 AI questions a minute per visitor, and 30 answers a minute per API key.
